Coping StrategiesJust a joke!

Like the signs of stress, coping strategies can vary by person.Strategies may be positive or negative. Some examples of negative strategies include: drinking alcohol or using drugs, over- or under-eating, or becoming irritable. By using positive coping strategies, we can handle our stress without causing new problems that may lead to additional stress in the future.
